Personal Training Exercises

Personal training will consist of the following types of exercise: suspension training on the TRX and or gymnastic rings, resistance bands for increasing muscle activation, corrective purposes, and pre exhausting the muscles prior to weight lifting. The use of kettlebells and dumbbells for hypertrophy and strength training, along with the use of a concept two rower for cardiovascular gains as well as fat loss and general conditioning.

Online Personal Training

Virtual personal training uses FaceTime and/or WhatsApp. The client is recommended to purchase gymnastic rings that go over a door (the door is the anchor while it is shut), resistance bands (that have an attachment that goes through the door hinge while the door is shut), some weights of their preference (either dumbbells or kettle bells), along with a foam roller and yoga mat for recovery.

All recommended items can be found on Amazon; the rings are $50 or less, the bands range around $23, the yoga mat is $10, the foam roller is $21, and the weights are $1 per pound. Weights are not a necessity, but nice to have.

Content will be created using videos to demonstrate proper form to guide the exercise programs. The ideal subscriber consists of: exercise enthusiasts, individuals who are looking for exercise programming for specific goals, fitness professionals who want further education in programming, and those who are interested in starting to exercise and are unsure on where to start and how to start.

An introduction to my recovery program using myofascial techniques and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation.

This page focuses on all things recovery: from how to foam roll, corrective exercises for specific injuries, joints/muscles, exercise prescription and programming for specific populations (diabetics, autoimmune disorders, etc.), guidelines on the process of recovery from an injury, along with injury prevention, and how to recover for life to guarantee the capability to exercise for a lifetime. The ideal subscribers are individuals who are in need of rehabilitation programs, fitness professionals who are interested in learning corrective exercise methods, and other recovery professionals who are interested in learning about recovery to pair with their current practices, i.e. a massage therapist who wants to start incorporating other modalities in their practice to enhance their massage sessions (foam rolling is a great skill to teach clients to maintain results of the massage).
